How to Sign up
Never participated in an online auction before? No worries!
These are the quick simple steps needed to make it happen in just a few minutes.
1. Go to https://maniacmarks.hibid.com/ OR click "Current Auctions" on our Home page
2. Then click "Login / New Bidder"
3. After that click on "New Bidder? Click Here"
4. Then enter your Email address and click "Check Email"
5. From there you will fill out the info page (You don't need to fill in company name, fax, or phone 2)
6. Once you click "Create New Account" you'll be set!
7. To finish, just click "Register to bid" which is located in the lower middle of the page.

How to Bid
How to bid:
1. Login to your Hibid Account
2. Click "Register to Bid"on the auction you wish to participate in.
3. You will then see a window pop up asking "Shipping or Pickup" with our terms and conditions for that particular auction.
4. Once you have registered, click any item you wish to bid on and you will be able to place a bid
5. Bid increments are show on "Auction Details". You can leave a max bid so the system will bid for you ONLY if someone else bids.

Pickup/shipping
Pickup:
1. The address for the particular auction you won items on will have the address to it.
2. Pickup times indicate when you need to pickup and pay your items by.
3. Showing a copy of your invoice or letting us know when you are on you way is very helpful
4. We are able to provide help with loading items in vehicles if need be.
5. We pull all our you won items for you and bring them to tables so that you can check and consolidate them so that you know you received everything that you have won.
Shipping:
1. Let us know if you want shipping by either answering the question when registering for an auction of ours, email, call, or text.
2. Once we received the notice we will put you on the list for items needing to be shipped.
3. When everything is packaged up we will send a new invoice with the shipping included (this can take 1-3 days).
4. We ship either USPS or FedEx (which ever is cheaper or if the customer has a special request we will look into it).
5. We charge a $5 minimum handling fee on top of the shipping cost for each person (We rarely charge more than $5 for handling since most shipped items are small).
6. Once paid you will receive a tracking number through email and we will send it out same day (within post office hours).
7. If you would like a shipping quote let us know and we will give you a rough estimate (the shipping rates we get are usually lower than what people can get through using Ebay.
